AccuMed, Qatar is Hiring an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end revenue cycle operations within a healthcare setting in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient billing, claims management, and collections processes while maintaining compliance with local healthcare regulations and payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete RCM lifecycle including patient registration, insurance verification, pre-authorization, billing, coding, claims submission, and collections
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance providers and government payers
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as claim rejection rates, AR days, and collection efficiency
- Manage denial management processes and implement strategies to reduce rejections and revenue leakage
- Ensure compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations, insurance guidelines, and data protection policies
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve revenue capture
- Lead, mentor, and develop the RCM team to achieve operational excellence
- Conduct regular audits and reporting to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs) to resolve claim issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Healthcare RCM, with at least 2–3 years in a Supervisor or Managerial role
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, claims processing, and insurance workflows
- Experience working with Qatar healthcare system and insurance providers
- Proficiency in RCM systems, hospital information systems (HIS), and billing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic language proficiency preferred (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-specialty hospitals or large healthcare groups
- Knowledge of international coding standards (ICD, CPT, etc.)
- Certifications in healthcare revenue cycle or medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS)

Salary Budget for this role is up to 25K Qatari Riyals based on experience and positive Interview feedback.
