RCM Specialist

• Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RCM Specialist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will help manage the financial side of patient care by ensuring accurate billing, timely claims processing, payment follow-ups, and smooth communication with insurance providers and patients.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and problem-solving matter every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process medical claims accurately and on time
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and claim rejections
• Maintain accurate patient billing records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers
• Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts when needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Work closely with internal teams to improve revenue cycle efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare billing, medical coding, or revenue cycle management
• Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and insurance processes
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems
• Knowledge of denial management and AR follow-up
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
