R&D Admin

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented R&D Admin to support our Research & Development team in managing structured reporting and documentation. This role acts as the bridge between R&D and Production, ensuring smooth information flow, alignment of product development activities, and efficient reporting of laboratory tests and ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a structured reporting system for laboratory tests, product trials, and ongoing R&D projects. • Prepare and circulate accurate and timely reports to management, summarizing results, project milestones, and development progress. • Collaborate closely with Production teams to ensure alignment of R&D outputs with manufacturing requirements and operational feasibility. • Track and document changes in product formulations, processes, and specifications, ensuring proper version control. • Maintain a centralized database of R&D records, test results, and product development documentation. • Organize and schedule regular R&D–Production coordination meetings, recording minutes and following up on action points. • Support the R&D team with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, compiling data, and coordinating internal approvals. • Ensure compliance with company standards, quality guidelines, and reporting protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Previous experience in R&D administration, production coordination, or technical reporting (manufacturing/industrial background preferred). • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate between technical (R&D) and operational (Production) teams. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
