About the Role
As an R&D Coordination Specialist, you will be at the center of innovation at Nysonian ensuring that ideas move fast, teams stay aligned, and execution remains sharp.

This role is critical in connecting product, design, sourcing, and operations teams to bring new concepts to life across our growing portfolio. You will help translate innovation into structured execution while maintaining the speed and quality that define Nysonian.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate end-to-end R&D initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, product, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution
• Facilitate regular check-ins, sprint reviews, and structured progress updates with stakeholders
• Build and optimize scalable R&D processes to enable faster, more efficient innovation cycles
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical workflow improvements to enhance execution speed and clarity
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product development, testing, and iteration learnings, with leadership-ready reporting and dashboards
• Support prioritization, risk management, and resource allocation while enabling prototyping, pilots, and innovation execution pathways

Who You Are

• Experience in consumer brands, lifestyle products, or e-commerce environments
• Familiarity with full product development cycles, from design and prototyping to production and launch
• Strong understanding of Agile or fast-iteration operating environments
• Experience collaborating with global or cross-border teams across time zones and functions
• Strong execution mindset with high ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clarity across teams
• Strong problem-solving ability with a balance of speed, precision, detail orientation, and big-picture thinking
