R&D Engineer

We have an immediate requirement of R&D Engineer at Lucknow , UP.

Requirements:

• Qualification: M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech in CSE/Electronics/IT/Textile or B.Tech + MBA HR.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years.
• Gender :Both Male and Female
• Salary: 35000 to 50000/- CTC per month

Job Description:

• Assist in operations and maintenance of HPC, Thermal Testing, NDT, Textile Testing, Microscopy, Composite, Additive Manufacturing, and Mechanical Workshop labs.
• Support calibration, testing, and quality assurance in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, ASTM, BIS, and other relevant standards.
• Contribute to activities in the Incubation Cell, assisting startups and prototype development.
• Support collaboration between R&D, labs, and external partners.
• Assist in training programs and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, lab records, and test data summaries.
• Assist in project planning, resource management, and documentation for R&D and incubation activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
