What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

University degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering,
Minimum 1-2 years of experience,
Experience in R&D department, preferably in food companies (vegetable fats&oils) is prefered,
Having project management skills to deliver projects on time with good quality,
Good at research findings into short/long-term strategy and actions,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
Good knowledge of MS office programs, preferably good knowledge of SAP,
Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

Product Development: Formulating new fat and oil products tailored to specific customer’s demands, including optimizing formulations for functionality and stability.
Technical Support: Providing expert guidance and solutions to clients regarding product application, usage, and best practices.
Research and Analysis: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform product development and enhancements.
Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,sales and production, supply chain, to align product development with business objectives.
Documentation: Preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Training: Conducting training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features, benefits, and application methods.
Market Analysis: Identifying and evaluating market opportunities for new products or improvements to existing products.
Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
Innovation: Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry developments to drive innovation in product offerings.
