White Eagle Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a talented and innovative R&D Engineer to join our Research & Development Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development, design improvement, prototyping, and technical analysis to support our engineering and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in product development, design, or research and development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Good technical documentation and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products and improve existing designs
• Prepare 2D and 3D engineering drawings
• Conduct testing, analysis, and validation of prototypes
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for trial runs
• Prepare technical specifications, BOMs, and reports
• Research new materials and technologies to enhance product performance
• Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
