R&D Engineer - HVAC

Role & responsibilities

To develop product strategy , market study optimize design, deliver outstanding value to customers, anticipate and mitigate process risks, and quickly adjust the critical manufacturing and customer-centric activities by thoroughly assessing its value adds to provide absolute products and services to the customers

• Lead and facilitate initiatives for product development , develop strategy .Conducting research, developing new ideas, and creating prototypes
• Technical Drawings , Professional CAD Layout preparation
• Refining existing products and processes to enhance performance, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness
• Drive innovation by implementing improvement suggestions generated through collaborative brainstorming sessions and the dissemination of best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction, presenting innovative solutions to address these challenges.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels on operational excellence principles, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Promote the adoption of best practices in manufacturing and process optimization across the organization, fostering consistency and standardization where applicable.
• Oversee the documentation and maintenance of processes and SOPs for manufacturing and align the requirements to meet the quick turnarounds of results
• Research and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to further enhance manufacturing effectiveness, remaining abreast of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
• Providing technical support for Sales and marketing on Clients meetings
• Develop a process optimisation plan in discussion with various stakeholders of manufacturing and sales support to provide value-added services based on the voice of customer

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Tech/ B.E/B.Tech ( Industrial Engineer / Mechanical ).
• CAD/CAM /Ansys/ Solidworks Proficiency . Design Analysis software like Solid Works /Ansys, will be additional
• FEM and Computational fluid dynamics / TVA knowledge required
• 2 Years of experience in the same fields
• Self-motivated and ready to look for long-term association
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Computer skills in MS Office packages with PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Pleasing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Team player and interpersonal skills
