We’re looking for an R&D / Product Development Scientist who will take full ownership of new product creation — from researching raw materials and developing formulations to production and quality assurance.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead the development of new cosmetic products from concept to launch
• Research and test innovative raw materials and technologies
• Develop and refine formulations across skincare, sun care, and color categories
• Analyze market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
• Manage raw material sourcing and maintain supplier relations
• Oversee production and quality control to ensure formula consistency and performance
• Coordinate external testing and regulatory processes
• Ensure compliance with local and international cosmetic regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align science with storytelling
• Stay up to date on global beauty trends and ingredient innovations

Who We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic formulation or product development
• Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, production, and quality standards
• Experience managing suppliers and technical documentation
• Knowledge of cosmetic regulations and compliance standards
• Creative, analytical, and passionate about innovation and trends
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
