R&D (Research and Development) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage research & development projects from concept to execution, focusing on packaging and processing machinery innovations.

* Conduct feasibility studies, product testing, and trials to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and quality assurance to design cost-effective solutions.

* Evaluate new materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance and reduce costs.

* Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and reports for new product launches.

* Monitor market trends and customer requirements to propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs.

* Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs into production and delivery.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and process optimization.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

* 3–4 years of proven experience in R&D within the engineering, manufacturing, or packaging industry.

* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and their integration with R&D.

* Proficiency in CAD design tools, ERP systems, and technical documentation.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
