Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented fresh graduate R&D Researcher - Class of 2025 to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

• Conduct research and development activities for pharmaceutical products, including formulation, analytical methods, and process development
• Design and execute experiments to improve existing formulations and develop new products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, and Manufacturing, to ensure smooth product development
• Document and analyze experimental data to provide insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, quality standards, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, scientific advancements, and innovative technologies
• Support the preparation of technical reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

• Passionate about research and development
• Hands-on training with laboratory equipment and software related to pharmaceutical R&D is preferably
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively across departments
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
