Overview
We are seeking an
R&D Scientist – Food Science
to join our
Valhalla, New York
team. The position focuses on advancing product innovation through hands-on research and development in food science.
Responsibilities

Execute food science research to develop new products and improve existing ones

Perform testing, analysis, and evaluations of formulations and prototypes

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product and process development

Prepare detailed technical documentation and presentations

Support innovation and efficiency initiatives within the R&D function
Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field
-
3–5+ years of experience in food/beverage R&D or product development
-
Strong technical expertise in food science research and formulation

Effective problem-solving and technical communication skills

Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
