RDA Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures, including adjustments and bonding
• Take and process digital X-rays (NJ X-ray license required)
• Utilize orthodontic treatment planning (TP) experience to support patient care
• Prepare and maintain clinical areas and sterilization protocols
• Provide excellent patient communication and education
• Keep the office running smoothly in a high-energy, team-oriented setting

Requirements:

• NJ Dental Radiology (X-ray) License – REQUIRED
• Orthodontic assisting experience with treatment planning (TP) skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism
