Job Requirement

Project Role: React Developer
Project Role Description: We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JavaScript (or TypeScript), React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of modern front-end development practices, state management, and UI performance optimization.
Work Experience: 5+ years (with at least 3+ years in React.js)
Work Location: Chennai – WFO
Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (9 AM to 6 PM EST) – Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain React-based front-end applications.
Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and data services.
Implement state management using tools such as Redux or React Context API.
Work with build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn) to streamline development and deployment.
Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of React.js, including hooks, component lifecycle, and props/state management.
Experience with Node.js for server-side integration and build tools.
Hands-on experience with Redux, React Router, Webpack, and Babel.
Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and continuous integration tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based data exchange.
Understanding of performance optimization, lazy loading, and code-splitting techniques.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in Oracle SQL / PL/SQL.
Experience with Next.js or React Native.
Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Familiarity with GraphQL and API integration patterns.
Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, or cloud deployment environments (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of UI libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years focused on React.js.
Proven experience in delivering production-grade applications using modern front-end technologies.
