8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting and a variety of technical infrastructure services. 8848 Digital provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies around the world including custom solutions on web and mobile.

As a React Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining user-interface components using React.js and Next.js, along with modern frontend workflows such as Redux or Flux. You will ensure these UI components are scalable, maintainable, and robust, while collaborating closely with team members working across various infrastructure layers. This role requires a strong commitment to clean design, efficient problem-solving, and delivering high-quality, user-centric products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop modern, high-quality, user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.
• Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI.
• Build reusable components, hooks, and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Optimize components for performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement scalable frontend architecture—clean folder structures, design patterns, and modular code.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices (SOLID, DRY).
• Work directly with RESTful APIs, SQL queries and understand database-driven operations.
• Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs.
• Working with other JavaScript developers and software engineers to develop front-end and back-end architecture that’s well structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience working with Next.js, responsive design principles, and converting design files (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect UI.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Knowledge of React and common tools used in the wider React ecosystem, such as Node.js and npm.
• Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools.
• An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand feature requirements and convert them into technical tasks.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
