React Developer (2–5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our frontend development team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, ensuring excellent user experience and code quality.

Responsibilities:

· Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

· Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

· Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers

· Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

· Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers

· Debug and fix bugs, optimize performance, and write unit/integration tests

· Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality across the codebase

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with React.js

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

· Experience with React Hooks, React Router, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)

· Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services

· Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Create React App

· Knowledge of version control tools like Git

· Experience with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library is a plus

· Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibilit standards

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
