Job Description

We are looking for a Mid to Senior React Developer with strong experience in React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js
• Build clean, responsive, and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS
• Implement authentication, database operations, and APIs using Supabase
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
• Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS
• Practical experience with Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, APIs)
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and hooks
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
• Must be able to work on-site in Lahore

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or serverless architecture
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Startup or product-based company experience
