Job Title: Senior/Mid React Frontend Designer & Developer

Summary/Overview:

We are seeking a self-sufficient and highly skilled frontend developer with a strong sense of design. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling UI/UX design, React development, state management, API integration, and performance optimization independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing, highly functional, and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD or other design tools into pixel-perfect React components.
• Ensure seamless user experiences through UX/UI best practices.
• Implement complex state management using Redux, Zustand, or React Context API.
• Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage and own the entire frontend development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development using React.js.
• Strong UI/UX design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern styling frameworks (TailwindCSS, Styled-components, SASS, etc.).
• Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI components.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand, or Context API).
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to handle projects independently without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge of animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie).
• Understanding of SEO best practices for frontend development.
• Basic backend development knowledge (Node.js, Express, Firebase, Supabase).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira or Trello.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
