React JS Developer with AEM

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React JS.
• Integrate React components with AEM/CMS templates and workflows.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to front-end and CMS integration.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in React JS development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience working with AEM/CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to other front-end frameworks or libraries (Redux, Next.js).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
