React Native Developer

Working Days: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a React Native Expert with a strong background in building high-performance, video-centric mobile applications. The ideal candidate must demonstrate deep technical proficiency and the ability to optimize complex production apps at scale.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional React Native experience
• Strong understanding of video performance optimization (60fps rendering, preloading, caching, concurrency)
• Hands-on experience with TikTok-style vertical video feeds
• Strong command of TypeScript and advanced state-management patterns (Redux/Zustand/Recoil/Jotai)
• Proven experience with large-scale, high-traffic mobile applications
• Proficiency in AVPlayer (iOS) and ExoPlayer (Android)
• Experience creating shoppable video overlays and interactive video UI elements
• Expertise in scroll performance, including reducing re-renders and optimizing component lifecycles
• Ability to integrate asynchronous AI-generated metadata into video workflows
• Familiarity with AppsFlyer for attribution and deep-link tracking
• Knowledge of Expo (preferred but not mandatory)
• Capability to own end-to-end video feed performance, from architecture to profiling and refinement

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
