About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer with proven expertise in building and publishing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate must have successfully managed the end-to-end publishing process on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This role requires strong development capabilities along with hands-on experience in Xcode, TestFlight, provisioning profiles, certificates and release management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Manage the end-to-end publishing process for iOS and Android applications.
• Work extensively with Xcode for app builds, TestFlight uploads, signing, and provisioning.
• Handle Google Play Console and App Store Connect for app deployment and updates.
• Ensure apps comply with store guidelines and manage resubmissions, if required.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance mobile applications for performance and scalability.
• Monitor app performance, release updates, and ensure smooth version rollouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
• Must have successfully published apps on both the App Store and Play Store (end-to-end).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), with TypeScript experience as a plus.
• Proficiency in Xcode (mandatory) and Android Studio.
• Solid experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Strong understanding of iOS publishing process (TestFlight, certificates, provisioning profiles).
• Must have worked with Kotlin (basic to intermediate level).
• Good knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Mandatory: Candidate must have access to a Mac device.
