Project Brief

We’re building Ember, a mobile-first relationship and wellness app focused on helping couples build conscious daily habits. The platform includes:

• A React Native (Expo) Mobile App for daily rituals, AI coaching, and partner pairing.
• A Supabase backend powering the Relationship Self-Assessment engine, AI workflows, analytics, and content delivery.
• A working Next.js prototype, whose logic (especially the 144-archetype RSA system) needs to be ported into a shared TypeScript package.

We want one senior engineer to fully own the mobile product from database design to App Store publishing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of the React Native (Expo) mobile app end to end.
• Build and manage the backend architecture in Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, RLS, Edge Functions).
• Build the AI Coach with RAG, memory, and profile-aware relationship insights.
• Add analytics (PostHog/Mixpanel), offline support, and voice ritual recording.

Requirements

• You have shipped live apps in the App Store or Play Store, with real users.
• Strong in React Native + Expo, including dev builds and EAS.
• Strong Supabase experience, especially relational schema design and RL
• Bonus: experience with AI chat interfaces, universal links, RAG, or RevenueCat.

Engagement

• Immediate start.
• Goal: Ship the MVP in the next few weeks.
• Remote, Europe overlap preferred.
• Tools: Figma, Slack, Notion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
