Role Overview:

As a React Native & Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications as well as supporting web applications when required. You will translate Figma designs into high-quality, mobile-first user interfaces, ensuring performance, usability, and a seamless user experience across devices.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Develop and maintain web user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance mobile and web interfaces.
• Implement mobile navigation patterns, gestures, animations, and platform-specific UI behaviors.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and secure data storage.
• Implement multi-language support in applications.
• Implement push notifications, deep linking, and background tasks.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Manage App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) build, testing, and release workflows.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product teams.
• Debug and resolve issues across multiple devices and operating system versions.
• Utilize modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind, Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, Shadcn UI, or similar.
• Use state management libraries such as Redux, Jotai, Recoil, or MobX.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend and mobile development trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 1 to 2 years as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with UI libraries and frameworks, including Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, and Shadcn UI.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Strong understanding of React.js, hooks and its core principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Understanding of Auth0, Oauth, Oauth2, Auth.js and Firebase authentication.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Atom, Jotai).
• Strong Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Expo or React Native CLI.
• Basic understanding of native mobile concepts, including iOS/Android lifecycle, permissions, and working with native code (Swift/Objective-C) when required.
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment via TestFlight and Google Play Console.

Office Hours: 05:00 PM-02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
