React Native Full-Stack Developer

Location: On-site Experience: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and self-driven React Native Full-Stack Developer who can build high-quality mobile applications and backend APIs. The ideal candidate should be strong in React Native, experienced with Node.js, WebSockets (Socket.io), and MongoDB, and comfortable working on both frontend and backend systems. Experience with Android Native development will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Build and manage backend services using Node.js (Express / Nest.js).
• Implement real-time features using Socket.io (chat, notifications, live updates).
• Design efficient database schemas and write optimized queries using MongoDB.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, SMS gateways, push notifications, and cloud services.
• Optimize apps for performance, memory usage, and smooth UI/UX.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• (Plus) Work with Android Native (Java/Kotlin) for bridging modules or advanced features when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React Native (CLI or Expo).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Socket.io and real-time communication.
• Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, aggregation pipelines.
• Experience integrating JWT Auth, OAuth, or session-based authentication.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience with Android Native (Java).
• Knowledge of React.js web development.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory based on skills).
