React Native Mobile Developer (with Odoo & Python Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Mobile Developer with proven experience in building and delivering mobile applications (minimum 10 published apps). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo customization and Python programming, particularly in Inventory, Stock Management, and ERP modules, as well as a good foundation in Flutter. The role requires hands-on development, system integration, and customization of mobile applications connected to Odoo backends, ensuring seamless business workflows and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Development: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android).

Odoo Integration: Customize Odoo modules (focus on Inventory, Stock, and Logistics) and integrate them into mobile applications.

Python Programming: Develop back-end logic, APIs, and connectors for Odoo using Python.

Flutter Development: Contribute to Flutter-based projects as needed (support and enhancements).

UI/UX Implementation: Ensure mobile apps are responsive, intuitive, and follow modern UI/UX practices.

API & Database: Design and consume RESTful APIs for mobile-Odoo integration.

Deployment & Maintenance: Manage builds, updates, and bug fixes for multiple mobile applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with ERP consultants, backend developers, and project managers to align mobile solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 mobile applications successfully delivered (App Store/Google Play or enterprise deployment).

Technical Expertise:

Strong React Native development experience.

Odoo module customization and integration (Inventory/Stock mandatory).

Solid Python development background.

Basic working knowledge of Flutter.

API development and integration (REST/GraphQL).

Database understanding (PostgreSQL preferred).

Other Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Attributes

Knowledge of barcode scanning, RFID, and WMS-related workflows.

Experience in ERP-driven mobile app solutions.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Contract Terms

Location: Flexible (onsite/remote hybrid as per project needs).

Duration: 12 months (extendable).

Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week.
