ReactJS Developer

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, scalable, and modern UIs using React.
• Translate product ideas into reusable components.
• Collaborate with backend/AI teams for real-time API integrations.
• Own UI quality and consistency across the product.
• Optimize frontend performance & cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to component libraries & frontend architecture.
• Implement SEO best practices (meta tags, canonical URLs, structured data).
• Work on SSR/SSG strategies with Next.js for SEO and performance.
• Improve page speed & Core Web Vitals.
• Ensure semantic HTML & accessibility.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience building and scaling React apps.
• Strong in component architecture, hooks, and state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend testing.
• Familiar with API integration, authentication, error handling.
• Eye for design, UX, and pixel-perfect UI.
• Experience in performance optimization, lazy loading, bundling.
• SEO expertise: SSR, meta tags, structured data, Core Web Vitals.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving & self-starter mindset.

Nice to Have

• Tailwind CSS / design systems.
• Next.js SSR/SSG expertise.
• Experience with AI-powered/dynamic products.
• Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, frontend observability tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
