Specializing in ADHD Support, Reading, Writing, and Math

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, skilled tutors to provide individualized academic support to students—primarily those with ADHD or similar learning needs. Our ideal candidates are patient, creative, and committed to helping children build confidence and succeed academically.

We currently have two open positions:

1. Elementary Education Tutor

Focus Areas:

• Reading fluency & comprehension
• Writing skills & language development
• Foundational math concepts
• Executive functioning strategies
• ADHD-friendly learning approaches

2. Math Tutor (Algebra & Beyond)

Focus Areas:

• Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II
• Geometry, Trigonometry, or higher (preferred but not required)
• Study strategies and organizational skills
• ADHD-friendly instruction techniques

Qualifications (for both positions)

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (required)
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Knowledge of ADHD learning supports and accommodations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment

Preferred Skills

• Prior tutoring or classroom experience
• Familiarity with multisensory teaching methods
• Ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles
