Real estate accountant

Hi,

We are looking for a senior accountant from real estate background only for a reputed company located in Ahmedabad.

The work location is Sattadhar.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of documents filing, reading title docs, banakhat and deeds, etc,

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual statements; analyze variances; review GL, journal entries, and sub-ledgers.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to tax laws; prepare audit documentation; support internal/external audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes and internal controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and delegate tasks to junior accounting staff.
• Account Management: Oversee reconciliations (bank, vendor, sub-ledgers) and fixed assets.
