Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Accountant to manage financial operations related to property development, sales, leasing, and investment projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and support strategic decision-making for real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for real estate projects (development, sales, leasing, and property management)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor project budgets, cost allocations, and variance analysis
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and contractor payments
• Maintain accurate records of property transactions and ownership structures
• Ensure compliance with Qatar tax regulations and financial standards
• Collaborate with project managers and executives on financial forecasting
• Support audits and ensure documentation accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (real estate or construction industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel advanced functions)
• Understanding of real estate transactions and project accounting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
