We are seeking a strategic and results driven Real Estate Acquisition Manager to lead our land and site acquisition initiatives, supporting the company's expansion and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong market analysis skills, negotiation experience, and a proven track record in identifying and securing prime real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for land and site acquisitions aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities through market research, data analysis, and site visits.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support informed investment decisions.
• Assess prospective properties for location, condition, legal aspects, and development potential, and negotiate purchase terms with owners.
• Prepare feasibility studies and financial assessments for proposed acquisitions to ensure attractive ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and developers to secure a pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Support company growth by identifying and securing key acquisition opportunities that enable expansion plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate acquisition, site development, or property investment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategic acquisition projects and support company expansion.
