What You’ll Do
- Source and evaluate off-market properties
- Walk houses and estimate renovation scope
- Run comps, analyze ARV, and determine deal profitability
- Negotiate contracts directly with sellers
- Build and manage a pipeline of motivated seller leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to supply inventory
- Learn the full acquisition → rehab → disposition cycle
What We’re Looking For
- Driven, competitive, and persuasive
- Strong communicator who builds rapport easily
- Full-time availability
- Organized and self-motivated
- Passion for real estate investing or flipping
- Real estate sales or acquisitions experience preferred
- Licensed OR willing to obtain a license within 90 days
- Experience is helpful — but we provide structured training and hands-on mentorship.
