A growing and well-capitalized real estate investment firm in Santa Rosa is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support deal evaluation, underwriting, and investment execution across a diversified property portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze new acquisition opportunities and build financial models / pro formas
• Evaluate rent comps, market data, and investment assumptions
• Assist with due diligence , including financial and property-level review
• Support preparation of investment memos and presentations
• Track active deals and support transaction execution
• Work closely with accounting and asset management to monitor performance

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Interest in real estate investments and deal-making
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• $90K – $120K base + bonus
