Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

About the role

We are a fast-growing industrial real estate investment firm with approximately $250MM of AUM seeking a driven Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. Our firm owns industrial assets across several Southeast markets and is looking to expand the portfolio alongside our several private equity investor relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and assisting in the closing of industrial assets which include warehouses, flex industrial assets, and and industrial outdoor storage properties. This is role comes with the direct exposure to the senior leadership and will offer a direct path for other growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Identify and evaluate industrial acquisition opportunities across target markets
• Build and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models, sensitivity analyses and closing trackers
• Prepare offering memorandums, investment presentations, and deal summaries
• Conduct market research including comp analysis, rent trends, and submarket dynamics etc
• Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with brokers, legal counsel, and third-party vendors
• Track deal pipeline and maintain acquisition databases
• Support senior acquisitions staff from LOI through close

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in industrial real estate acquisitions or a closely related CRE role. preferable experience working within private equity real estate
• Excel financial modeling skills
• Experience preparing or contributing to offering memorandums and investment memos
• Solid understanding of industrial real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, lease structures, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field preferred

Nice to have

• Experience with Argus Enterprise or similar underwriting software
• Existing broker relationships in industrial markets
• Familiarity with CoStar or similar market research platforms

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
