Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Position Summary

The Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist is a field-based, sales-driven role focused on generating and securing new property acquisition opportunities through external relationship-building, proactive outreach, and disciplined follow-up. This is a 12–18-month development track designed for highly motivated individuals who want to build a career in real estate investing and revenue generation.

This role emphasizes deal sourcing, negotiation development, underwriting exposure, and CRM discipline. The Acquisitions Specialist receives structured mentorship, performance feedback, and milestone evaluations at the 6- and 12-month marks. Advancement opportunities are based on performance, leadership assessment, and overall contribution to gross profit.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Sourcing & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, wholesalers, and industry partners.
  • Proactively generate external deal flow (no inbound leads provided until advancement).
  • Identify off-market and investment property opportunities.
  • Submit leads through the company’s acquisition workflow.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent communication with leadership.

Field Operations & Property-Level Support

  • Perform site visits, take photos, and gather repair and condition details.
  • Upload all field documentation into CompanyCam, Plaud, and other company systems.
  • Assist with preliminary underwriting and property evaluation.
  • Support due diligence efforts as directed.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work directly with the VP of Revenue for training, deal review, and development.
  • Coordinate with Operations for accurate data entry and smooth deal handoff.
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and weekly check-ins.

Professional Development

  • Participate in training for negotiation, underwriting, CRM management, and lead generation.
  • Apply structured feedback from performance reviews.
  • Develop skills required for advancement within the Acquisitions department.

Compensation & IncentivesOnboarding Support

  • $300/week for the first 4 weeks to support initial ramp-up.

Monthly Stipends

  • $200/month vehicle stipend for field travel.

Commission Advances

  • $500 commission advances available on cash deals (repayment follows MNHG guidelines).

Commission Structure

  • 20% of Gross Profit for deals sourced directly by the Specialist (External).
  • 10% of Gross Profit for deals sourced directly by the Specialist (Internal; subject to marketing fees).

Bonuses

  • Quarterly 1% bonus for every $100,000 in cumulative Gross Profit generated.
  • $1,000 bonus for introducing a new investor into the company’s investment fund.
  • Eligible for testimonial-based incentive bonuses.

Program Structure & Advancement

Training & Support

  • Full access to CompanyCam, Plaud, and MNHG email systems.
  • Weekly mentorship and guidance from MNHG leadership.
  • Ongoing education in acquisitions, relationship-building, negotiation, and underwriting.

Review Cadence

  • 6-Month Review: Formal evaluation of performance, activity levels, CRM usage, communication, and professionalism.
  • 12–18 Month Review: Comprehensive assessment of contribution, production consistency, and readiness for expanded responsibilities.

Promotion Path

High-performing Acquisitions Specialists may advance into expanded acquisition roles, increased deal authority, leadership opportunities, or additional responsibility and compensation within MNHG’s growth structure based on performance and company needs.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM tools
  • Real estate or sales experience preferred but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
