Hiring For Administrative Assistant - Tagalog

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a Front Desk Executive, handling front office duties.
  • Providing support to both the maintenance and sales teams.
  • Assisting with sales and marketing tasks and initiatives.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations.
  • Managing administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Registration in Developer Portal
  • Application for Broker's License and Training Institute
  • Coordinates with Abu Dhabi Global Market & Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center

Job Requirements:

  • With Pleasing Personality
  • Good in English
  • Have good time management
  • Can collaborate with different nationality
  • Has knowledge & experience in ADREC, ADGM, Broker's License Application.
