Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination between agents, clients, and regulatory platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage ABF contracts and related real estate documentation
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, developers, and external stakeholders
- Upload, update, and manage property listings on Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property Finder (PF)
- Ensure listings comply with platform and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, listings, and client files
- Handle tenancy contracts, renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Assist with Ejari, Trakheesi, and other regulatory processes (if applicable)
- Monitor listing performance and ensure timely updates or removals
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ABF contracts and real estate documentation
- Hands-on experience with Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property Finder portals
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
