A growing boutique retail real estate company is seeking a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support a busy leasing team and help keep deals, priorities, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
• Provide primary support to the VP of Leasing by managing workflow, priorities, and scheduling
• Track active deals and maintain visibility into the leasing pipeline
• Anticipate needs and proactively stay ahead of upcoming deadlines and deliverables
• Review and track Letters of Intent (LOIs) and related leasing documentation
• Coordinate administrative and operational activities for the leasing team
• Manage multiple moving priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Partner closely with the Leasing Manager for guidance and ongoing support
• Help ensure day-to-day leasing operations run efficiently
Qualifications
• 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience required
• Real estate industry experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills — critical for success in this role
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Highly proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs rather than wait for direction
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
