An Administrative Officer in the real-estate sector is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within the office and supporting property managers, sales agents, and senior management. They handle documentation, coordinate communication, maintain records, assist with client services, and ensure compliance with real-estate policies and regulatory requirements. Their role is essential in keeping the business organized, efficient, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain real-estate documents such as:
  • property listings
  • lease agreements
  • sales contracts
  • tenancy records
  • title deeds and compliance reports
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure documents are up-to-date and legally compliant.
  • Ensure company policies follow real-estate regulations.
  • Assist with municipal approvals, licensing, and documentation.
  • Ensure contracts and lease agreements meet legal standard.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in real estate

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
