Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with preparing and managing property listings.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, NOCs, and basic real estate documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, property portals, and government authorities (Ejari, Trakheesi, DLD, etc.) as required.
- Support day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Assist in social media postings and online property listings.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and with accuracy.
- Assist the accountant with preparing payroll and attendance list.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of candidates through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an real estate administrative role (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn the real estate sector.
Fluent in English.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
