The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting management, monitoring staff adherence to policies, and ensuring smooth coordination across all real estate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and maintain discipline, structure, and professional conduct within the office
- Oversee daily operational workflow and ensure efficiency across teams
- Coordinate with agents, management, and external stakeholders on ongoing deals
- Review contracts, agreements, and transaction documents for accuracy and compliance
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff to ensure clear communication
- Support management in implementing company procedures and operational standards
- Follow up on transactions to ensure timely completion and proper documentation

Requirements:
