Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
- Conduct property presentations and area tours for clients.
- Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads until conversion.
- Meet or Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience selling off-plan properties.
- Strong track record of closing sales and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven client network and ability to generate leads independently.
- RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Fluent in English, other languages are strongly preferred.
