Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations and area tours for clients.
• Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads until conversion.
• Meet or Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai off-plan real estate market.
• Strong track record of closing sales and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven client network and ability to generate leads independently.
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Fluent in English, other languages are strongly preferred.

• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
