About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and client-focused Real Estate Advisors who are fluent in one or more of the following languages: Slovak, German, Russian, Portuguese, or Turkish.

In this role, you will assist international clients with property investments, sales, and leasing opportunities in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, customer service, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct property consultations, viewings, and presentations
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Negotiate offers and support deal closures
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages:
• Slovak
• German
• Russian
• Portuguese
• Turkish
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
