Key Responsibilities

· Commercial: Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and multi-family assets.

· Residential: Guide buyers and sellers through the residential landscape with data-driven insights and local expertise.

· Strategy: Conduct market analysis, financial modeling, and site tours for sophisticated investors.

· Transaction Management: Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and complex lease contracts.

Qualifications

Licensure

Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)

Experience

Minimum 2 years of active sales experience.

Education

Advanced real estate designations preferred; Associate Broker license highly valued.

Skills

Self-driven with proficiency in [CoStar/LoopNet/MLS] and strong negotiation skills.
