Full-time: OTE AED 12,000 – 40,000 per month Commission

Languages Preferred: English + any one of the additional languages from Arabic / Russian / French / Chinese / Turkish / Italian

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads via networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns (Company provides strong quality market leads)
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through transactions
• Negotiate deals professionally and close sales efficiently
• Maintain deep knowledge of Dubai’s communities, developers, and regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 2 years experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan or secondary market preferred+ rentals also accepted)
• Fluent in English + at least one of the other language from Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Turkish, or Italian preferred over candidates with knowledge of only one language.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus not a requirement
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Dubai Land Department procedures
