Real Estate Agent - وكيل عقاري

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in property sales or leasing, strong market knowledge (preferably in Ajman), and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market properties to potential clients.
• Conduct viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants.
• Maintain and expand a strong network of property owners and clients.
• Stay updated with market trends, prices, and legal requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales/rental targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (Ajman market preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Ajman property laws and regulations.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Must have a valid self-sponsored visa (Freelance / Own Visa).
• Access to a car and valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تسويق وترويج العقارات للعملاء المحتملين.
• إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتقديم النصائح المهنية للعملاء.
• التفاوض على عقود البيع والتأجير بين البائعين والمشترين أو الملاك والمستأجرين.
• بناء وتوسيع شبكة علاقات قوية مع ملاك العقارات والعملاء.
• متابعة مستمرة لأحدث الاتجاهات والأسعار والمتطلبات القانونية في السوق.
• تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية للمبيعات أو التأجير.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال العقارات (ويفضل سوق عجمان).
• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية.
• معرفة بقوانين وأنظمة العقارات في عجمان.
• دافع ذاتي وقدرة على تحقيق الأهداف.
• يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم فيزا شخصية صالحة.
• وجود سيارة ورخصة قيادة إماراتية ميزة إضافية.
