Position Overview:
As an Experienced Secondary Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties across the secondary, and primary markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored property recommendations.
- Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process, from initial consultation to final transaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements in secondary, and primary real estate markets.
- Provide expert advice and insights to clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each property type.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to promote available properties.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress, and property listings.
- Work with the legal team, finance department, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Sales Proficiency: Ability to sell properties, meet sales targets, and close deals efficiently.
- Networking: Ability to build relationships with clients, developers, other agents, and industry professionals.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., MS Office).
- Experience: 1-2 Years (REQUIRED).
- Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) other languages are a plus.
- Education: Must have at least a degree or high school diploma.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 80% commission on personal leads – You keep the majority of the commission on deals generated through your own leads.
- 50% commission on company leads – For leads provided by the company, you'll earn a fair share of the commission.
- Visa Support: The company will provide visa sponsorship (where applicable) to support your employment.
- Training: One week comprehensive training will be provided for freshers, ensuring you have all the necessary tools to succeed in the industry.
- Attractive Commission: Salary can be discussed.
- Car & Driver: For viewing and client meetings company car and driver will be provided.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
