1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management * Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors. * Provide clients with accurate property information, market insights, and investment advice. * Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Property Marketing & Sales * List properties for sale or rent and ensure accurate, attractive, and compliant marketing materials. * Conduct property tours, open houses, and client viewings with professionalism and confidence. * Present and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for both client and company. * Coordinate with property owners, developers, and management for viewing schedules and documentation. * Prepare and manage necessary paperwork such as sales agreements, tenancy contracts, and offers. 3. **Market Knowledge & Research** * Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings. * Monitor and analyze competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. * Provide management with feedback and insights to support business planning and forecasting. 4. **Documentation & Compliance** * Ensure all transactions comply with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and company policies. * Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary legal and financial documents. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client dealings. 5. **Team Collaboration & Reporting** * Work closely with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels (online portals, social media, print). * Report daily sales activities, leads, and progress to management. * Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and company events. 6. Customer Service & After-Sales Support * Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. * Provide post-sale support, such as assistance with property handover or maintenance coordination.
