Key Responsibilities
  Respond promptly to leads, follow up effectively, and convert them into appointments.
  Assist clients in identifying suitable properties and provide expert guidance on investments.
  Manage client viewings and ensure a smooth end-to-end transaction process.
  Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  Stay updated with Dubai s real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics.
  Collaborate with top developers to offer clients diverse property options across Dubai.

Requirements
  6 months   3 years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan property sales preferred).
  Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  Presentable with a professional image.
  Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
  Strong knowledge of Dubai s property market and investment opportunities.
  RERA certification is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
  Salary: AED 4,500   AED 6,000 per month
  Attractive commission structure (up to 50% depending on sales slab).
