Job Title: Secondary Market Real Estate Agents (1 Arab + 1 other nationality)

Description:

Gray Signature Real Estate is hiring two experienced agents for the Secondary Market team in Dubai — must have good communication skills in Hindi or Ordu and experience in the UAE real estate market . Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE with at least 2 years of local real estate experience.

Requirements:

Arab nationality (1 position)

other nationality (1 position)

Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience

Valid UAE driving license

Own car (mandatory)

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market

RERA certification is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Manage property listings and client inquiries

Conduct viewings and negotiate deals

Maintain client relationships and market awareness

Prepare and submit required documentation
